      How to Download a Settlement Report from the Tazapay Dashboard

      Learn how to download and understand your Tazapay settlement report with this step-by-step guide. Access your comprehensive summary of settlements, including pay-ins, refunds and adjustments.

      What is a Settlement Report?

      A settlement report summarizes all settlements performed for the merchant during the specified period. This report includes various financial objects such as payins, escrow, collect, refunds, and adjustments. The report is generated only when settlement events occur.

      How to Download a Settlement Report

      To download a settlement report from your Tazapay dashboard, follow these steps:

      1. Log into Your Tazapay Account:

      2. Navigate to the Settlement Tab:

        • Click on the Settlement tab located on the left-hand navigation panel of the dashboard.

      3. Initiate the Download:

        • On the settlement listing screen, look for a download icon on the right side and click on it.

      4. Choose Your Download Option:

        • A menu will appear providing two options for downloading the report:
          • With No Filters Applied: Download the report as is.
          • With Current Filters Applied: Download the report based on selected filters.

      5. Select Filters (If Needed):

        • If downloading with filters, you can apply the following filters to your report:
          • Date: Choose from today, last week, last month, or a custom date range.
          • Status: Filter by the status of the settlements.
          • Final Settlement Amount: Filter by less than, more than, within a custom range, or an exact amount.

      6. Download the Report:

        • After selecting your desired filters, click to download the report either “with no filters applied” or “with current filters applied.”
        • The download will be queued, and once processed, you’ll find the downloaded report in the Reports tab, also available on the left-hand navigation panel of the dashboard.
