How to Add an Additional Account on Tazapay Dashboard

Log into Your Dashboard, Navigate to the "Profile Icon" at Top-Right, Select "Create a New Account," and Complete the Process in a few steps.

Adding an additional account to your Tazapay Dashboard enables you to efficiently manage multiple entities and sub-accounts and streamline your payment processes. This guide provides a clear, step-by-step approach to help you navigate through the account creation process.

Step 1: Log In to Your Tazapay Dashboard

  1. Visit the Dashboard URL:
    Navigate to dashboard.tazapay.com and login with your credentials.

Step 2: Navigate to the Profile Icon

  1. Locate the Profile Icon:
    Once logged in, find your Profile icon in the top right corner of the dashboard.

  2. Click on the Profile Icon:
    Clicking the profile icon will open a dropdown menu with various account options.

Step 3: Select "Create a New Account"

  1. Find the Dropdown Menu:
    In the dropdown menu that appears after clicking your profile icon, select the "Create a New Account" option.

  2. Initiate Account Creation:
    Selecting this option will open a popup window to begin the account creation process.

Step 4: Enter Account Details

  1. Account Name:
    In the popup, enter a name for the new account. This name should reflect the name of the entity you want to create the account for. This name will be visible on the Tazapay hosted pages and statement descriptors.

  2. Business Registration Country:
    Select the country where your business is officially registered from the dropdown menu.

Step 5: Confirm Account Creation 

  1. Review Information:
    Ensure that both the Account Name and Business Registration Country are correctly entered.

  2. Click "Confirm":
    Once you've verified the details, click the "Confirm" button to create the new account.

  3. Redirection and KYB Prompt:
    After clicking "Confirm," a brief confirmation message will appear for a few seconds before you are automatically redirected to the newly created account. Upon redirection, you will be prompted to complete the KYB (Know Your Business) process to finalize your account setup.
