## This FAQ provides a list of high-risk countries as identified by Tazapay for onboarding purposes. The list is subject to updates based on the latest FATF and regulatory guidelines.

          <p><b>Step 2:</b> Fill in your details on the first section. The required fields include your role as the buyer or seller, type of transaction, country & currency info, and invoice amount.</p>
          <p><b>Step 3:</b> Fill in your counterparty's details on the second section. The required fields include the contact name & email.</p>
          <p><b>Step 4:</b> Add any other documents you want verified on Tazapay's platform</p>
          <p><b>Step 5:</b> Once all details are correct, you can click "Send to Buyer/Seller" and a link to the escrow will be generated</p>

          <p><b>Step 3:</b> Set the transaction currency and amount, add the description and any supporting documents for the transaction.</p>
          <p><b>Step 4:</b> You can now share the payment link to your buyer and start accepting payments.</p>

          "text": "<p>Before you're able to receive your payments, Tazapay will notify you to complete KYB/KYC through a banner on our dashboard. Clicking on it will lead you to a page where you can upload the necessary documents.</p>
          <p><b>1. Basic Info:</b> This is where you will fill out your personal details on the form. The required information would be the registered email, country of operations, and type of entity (individual, sole proprietor, company, partnership, limited partnership.)</p>
          <p><b>2. Representatives & Owners:</b> Should either of your representative and owners own more than 25% of the entity, you'll need to include their details here (eg: authorised representatives, directors, beneficial owners). If you're an individual or sole proprietor, you may indicate that you have more than 25% ownership of the entity and not have to add any further individuals.</p>
          <p><b>3. Business Details:</b> Add the details of your operating address for your business. If you're an individual, your home address will suffice. </p>
          <p><b>4. Documents:</b> This is where you will upload documentary proof of representative & owner IDs and proof of address.</p>
          <p>KYB/KYC will typically take 5-7 business days to complete should there be no further clarification/documentation needed. </p>

          <p>Tazapay runs KYB processes in accordance with the global Anti Money Laundering (AML) and Combating the Financing of Terrorism (CFT) efforts. It has, thus, become Tazapay’s responsibility to fully understand the Ultimate Beneficial Ownership (UBO) of the companies that utilize our services.</p>
