What kind of documents do I submit for a disputed transaction?

Supporting documents (eg: shipping documents, photos, etc.) within 10 days

Sellers need to submit the following documents in 10 days from the date of the buyer raising a dispute

Item not received: seller must submit shipping documents or proof of delivery

Significantly not as described: seller must submit supporting documents and additional proof (eg: product photos)
