What kind of documents do I submit for a disputed transaction?

Tazapay will share the list of required supporting documents based on the dispute type raised by the buyer. Sellers must submit the requested documents within the timeline communicated by Tazapay, in accordance with Visa and Mastercard compelling evidence requirements.
Item not received: seller must submit shipping documents or proof of delivery
Significantly not as described: seller must submit supporting documents and additional proof (eg: product photos)
