What kind of claims can I submit for buyer protection?

Unauthorized transactions, items not received, and items significantly not as described

You can submit your claims for:

  • Item not received
  • Significantly not as described
  • Unauthorised payments made within the last 60 days

Tazapay’s buyer protection does not apply to:

  • Custom-made goods that are significantly not as described
  • Used goods
  • Items that violate our policies
  • Disputes filed more than 180 days after the purchase for item not received and significantly not as described claims
  • Unauthorised transaction claims reported more than 60 days after the transaction date
