What happens if the seller is unable to provide all the necessary documents for the shipment as per the escrow agreement?

If the seller fails to provide the documents needed, Tazapay will ask for authorization to release funds from the buyer.

The documents required for releasing the payments are agreed upon at the time of the escrow agreement. In case the documents are insufficient, Tazapay will request the required documents. If the seller fails to provide the documents for legitimate reasons, then Tazapay will try and get authorization from the buyer to release the funds. In case the buyer doesn't agree and the seller has already shipped but doesn't have all the documents, the dispute will go into a resolution process.
