What happens if the seller does not ship the products or shipping is delayed?

The seller can request for an extension and the buyer must accept the extension.

If the seller does not ship the products, they will not be able to upload the shipping documents. The seller can request for an extension one time and the buyer has to accept that extension. If the shipping does not take place within the agreed time frame, the money is refunded to the buyer.
