What happens if the money is released to the seller but I have not received the goods?

Tazapay will refund the buyer if the seller has submitted fraudulent documents and pursue legal action

In case the seller has submitted fraudulent documents and Tazapay has incorrectly verified and released the funds, then Tazapay will refund the buyer and pursue legal action against the seller.

In case the item was not received due to matters relating to the shipping company or customs, then the underlying insurance will cover for it.
