Is Tazapay licensed?

Tazapay's Certifications and Licences: MAS MPI, US FinCEN MSB and MTL, Canada MSB and RPAA, AUSTRAC Australia, Hong Kong MSO.

Tazapay operates under a stringent regulatory framework across multiple jurisdictions.

Singapore: Tazapay holds a Major Payment Institution (MPI) licence granted by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS Licence No. PS20200638). Customer funds are held securely with an authorised bank in Singapore.

United States:  Tazapay is registered as a Money Services Business (MSB) with the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN). Tazapay also holds Money Transmitter Licenses (MTLs) in Arizona, Illinois, Iowa, Michigan, and South Carolina, with additional state licences currently in progress. 

Canada: Tazapay Canada Corp. is registered as a Money Services Business (MSB) with FINTRAC-CANAFE (Registration No. M23225081). Tazapay Canada Corp. is also registered as a Payment Service Provider (PSP) with the Bank of Canada under the Retail Payment Activities Act (RPAA). 

Australia: Tazapay is registered as a remittance service provider with AUSTRAC (Australian Transaction Reports and Analysis Centre).

Hong Kong: Tazapay is licensed as a Money Service Operator (MSO) with the Hong Kong Customs and Excise Department.

PCI DSS: For card transactions, Tazapay holds Level 1 certification from the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS), ensuring the highest standards of transaction security.
