How does Tazapay process refunds?

Tazapay either deducts from the sellers' pending balance or the seller can send the same amount back to Tazapay to return to buyer.

As the seller, if the payment is made via card and you have no pending balance with us, you can send the same amount to Tazapay and we can refund it back to the customer’s card.

On the other hand, if you have any pending balance with us from other payment methods, we will use that to refund the payment back to the customer’s account.
