How do I contest a chargeback/dispute?
Step 1: Buyer submits a dispute with a transaction number to Tazapay.
Step 2: Seller notifies Tazapay to contest the dispute, and Tazapay will request for the required documents for the type of dispute raised by the buyer. These must be submitted within the timeline communicated by Tazapay from the day of the dispute being filed.
Our customer service team will investigate and work with you to come to a resolution.
Step 3: Tazapay will work towards finding a resolution upon receiving the filed dispute. The outcome of the dispute may take up to 45–90 days, depending on the nature and complexity of the case.
