Accessing your Balances Reports helps you monitor your multi-currency balances efficiently. Follow the steps below to access and download your balances reports using the Tazapay dashboard.
Step 1: Log In to Your Tazapay Dashboard
- Navigate to dashboard.tazapay.com and log in using your Email Address and Password.
Step 2: Navigate to Balances
- Access Balances:
- Click on the "Balances" option in the left-hand side menu of your dashboard to access your account balances.
Step 3: View Balances
- Review Your Balances:
- You will see a list of your account balances in different currencies. Each currency displays the amount held.
Step 4: Download Report

Select the Currency:
- In the Balances page, identify the currency for which you wish to download the report.
- Click the "Download" icon next to the respective currency's report.

Select the Date Range & Download:
- Choose the desired Date Range for the report.
- Click on the "Download" button to retrieve your report in CSV format
