What is a Global Collection Account (GCA)?

What Global Collection Accounts are virtual accounts for fiat and wallets for stablecoins and how they differ from a bank account.

A Global Collection Account (GCA) is the umbrella term for the ways you can receive money on Tazapay. There are two types:

Virtual Accounts: local banking details (an account number and routing details) in a specific currency, so customers can pay you by local bank transfer or SWIFT.
Stablecoin Wallets: a wallet address for receiving USDC or USDT on a supported blockchain.

Every Tazapay account has access to this capability. Behind a feature flag and they have to connect with Tazapay support or AM. Individual virtual accounts and wallets still need to be set up before you can start receiving funds through them.

All funds you collect land in your Tazapay balance, where you can hold, convert, settle or use them for payouts.

Where to find yours in the dashboard

1. Log in to the Tazapay dashboard at dashboard.tazapay.com.
2. Click Virtual Accounts in the left sidebar to see your fiat accounts. Each one shows the account name, account number, currency, bank, and the SWIFT code or local routing number where it applies.
3. Click Wallets in the left sidebar to see your stablecoin wallets. Each one shows the currency, blockchain, and deposit address.
4. If you manage more than one entity, each entity has its own separate list.

If the account you need is not in either list, it has not been set up yet. See How do I request a virtual account or stablecoin wallet?
