Refund Policy(PromptPay, WechatPay, LinePay, Shopeepay, TrueMoney) :
- Refunds are supported only if the customer’s mobile number is provided to Tazapay.
- Refunds will be processed to the Account associated with the given mobile number.
- If the account linked to the mobile number differs from the one used for the initial payment, any misplaced funds cannot be retrieved.
