What happens if my payment fails or gets reversed?
What happens to the funds when an incoming payment fails or is reversed.
| If a payment fails, usually because it did not clear a compliance hold or hit another processing issue, Tazapay returns the full amount to where it came from. For a virtual account, the funds go back to the sender's bank account using the available return rails.
