What account details does my customer receive?

The virtual account and stablecoin wallet details Tazapay provides for your customer under COBO.

Once a virtual account or stablecoin wallet is set up for your customer, you can retrieve the details and pass them on through your own platform UI, an email, or an invoice.

Virtual account details include

- Account number or IBAN
- Bank name and address
- SWIFT or BIC code for international transfers
- Routing number for local transfers
- A reference code used for attribution

Stablecoin wallet details include

- Wallet address
- Supported blockchain networks
- Supported stablecoins

How to retrieve them

Via API: fetch the collection account for the entity and surface the fields inside your own product. This is the right approach if your customers see their details in your app.
From the dashboard: log in at dashboard.tazapay.com, click Virtual Accounts or Wallets in the left sidebar, and find the entity your customer belongs to. Accounts are listed per entity, so check you are copying from the correct one before you send anything out.

Before you share the details

- Match the details to how the payer is sending. A payer sending USD needs the USD virtual account, not another currency.
- For stablecoins, always send the network alongside the address. Sending on the wrong network can lose the funds. See Why does the blockchain network matter when receiving stablecoins?
- Include the reference code if there is one, and tell the payer to keep it on the transfer.
- Do not share one customer's account details with another customer's payer. Attribution follows the account, so the money would land against the wrong entity.
