How do funds reach my collection account?

How customers pay into your Tazapay collection account by local transfer, SWIFT, or stablecoin, and where the funds land.

You get paid into a Global Collection Account by sharing its details with whoever is paying you, and they send funds to it like any other account.

 

How customers can pay you

- Local bank transfer, into your virtual account's local account number and routing details.
- SWIFT, into your virtual account using its SWIFT or BIC details, for international wires.
- Stablecoin, to your wallet address, on the exact blockchain network the wallet supports.

 

Where to find the details to share

1. Log in to the Tazapay dashboard at dashboard.tazapay.com.
2. For a fiat payment, click Virtual Accounts in the left sidebar and find the account in the currency your payer will send. Share the account name, account number, bank, and the SWIFT code or local routing number shown against it.
3. For a stablecoin payment, click Wallets in the left sidebar and find the wallet. Share the deposit address, and tell the payer which stablecoin and which blockchain it supports.
4. If you manage more than one entity, check you are looking at the right entity's list before you copy anything.

Share only the details that match how the payer is sending. Someone sending USD needs your USD virtual account, and someone sending USDC needs the wallet on the correct network. See Why does the blockchain network matter when receiving stablecoins?

 

Where the funds go

All incoming funds land in your Tazapay balance, where you can hold, convert, settle, or use them for payouts. Each incoming payment is recorded as a collect, which you can track under Transactions in the dashboard.

You do not need a local bank account or entity in the country you are collecting from. Tazapay receives the funds on your behalf in its regulated accounts.
