Can I cancel a payment that has been made?

Only if there is a shipment delay or shipment cancellation.

Once payment has been made to the escrow, it cannot be cancelled except in the case of delayed or cancelled shipment. If the seller is unable to ship on time, then they can request the buyer for an extension. However, if the buyer does not agree with the extension, the buyer can reach out to Tazapay to request for cancellation. In such cases, the buyer’s money will be refunded to their bank account or to the card used to make the payment.
